Each month, Tiffany will have a monthly theme/focus related to self-improvement, love, empowerment, relationships, etc. She will hand curate your box to include self-care holistic items, crystals, affirmations, spiritual song or podcast suggestions, and other fun items and surprises to help raise your vibration and keep you on track for the month.

Q: I'm opening a new subscription today - which month's box will I receive?

A: If you sign up between the 1st day and 10th day of each month, you will be charged initially for the current month's box. You will then be charged again at the beginning of the next calendar month.

Example: You open a new subscription on January 8th, your subscription will begin with the January box.

If you sign up after the 11th day of each month (on or after the 11th) through the last day of the month, you will receive the upcoming month’s box and be charged again in the first week of the next month, as an existing subscriber.

Example: You open a new subscription on January 31st, your subscription will begin with the February box.

Q: Will my subscription renew?

A: Subscriptions automatically renew, including quarterly & annual prepaid subscriptions. Your renewal date is available by contacting us.

You can cancel your subscription from further renewing at any time. Quarterly or Annual Subscription Plans (with term commitment) cannot be refunded mid-term, and prepaid boxes are non-refundable. Should you cancel prior to the end of your term, you will still receive the remaining boxes from your term commitment.

You are able to opt-out of auto-renewal by cancelling your account from further renewing by reaching out to holistichealingstrongsville@gmail.com.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: You can cancel your subscription at any time for any reason, prior to your next renewal taking place. If you are not completely satisfied with your boxes, please contact us so that we may help address your issue or concern.

Cancellation requests must be received by midnight EST on the 9th calendar day of the month prior to your next renewal. If you’ve already been billed for this month’s box or a new subscription term, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle. We are unable to process refunds for cancellations made after your renewal has taken place.

Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any prepaid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge.

Quarterly or Annual 12-Month Subscription Plans (with term commitment) cannot be refunded mid-term. You will still receive the boxes from your term commitment. If you cancel you will receive the rest of the boxes within your subscription that you have already paid for, and then your subscription will be cancelled.

We are not able to issue refunds on boxes that are ordered and canceled prior to receipt of the first box.

Once you have been charged for your subscription, HH&C is not able to refund your purchase. No refunds, returns or exchanges will be permitted.

To cancel your subscription please send an email to holistichealingstrongsville@gmail.com and a staff member will assist you in cancelling your subscription.

MONTH-TO-MONTH CONTRACT TERMS

This is a contract agreeing to Monthly auto-payments. You are charged on the 1st of each month and will receive your box within the first week of that month.
