Candace is a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Instructor With a passion for helping children and adults develop their minds and bodies through the practice of yoga & meditation. With its focus on breath, movement and mindfulness, yoga provides numerous benefits for children; including flexibility, strength, and concentration. 

Candace loves seeing the joy and empowerment that children experience during their yoga practice and is dedicated to creating a fun and safe environment for all of her students!

When not teaching yoga, you can find Candace spending time with friends & family, reading a good book, or practicing yoga herself. Candace can't wait to teach & inspire your children!!!
