What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves created by crystal singing bowls, percussion, chimes, and tuning forks. It is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative healing to the mind, body and spirit. A sound bath is a wonderful way to manage anxiety, soothe the nervous system, and block ideas and thoughts out of your consciousness to allow you to connect with your body.
What is Goddess Yoga?
Goddess yoga is a special pop up yoga class that is incredibly special. It is intended to empower women and awaken goddess power and the feminine energy from within called shakti. This is a high energy, high vibe class that is intended to be fun and leave you feeling powerful and connected after! This class is a must try!!!
