Angee has always had a fitness background being a NASM personal trainer for 6 years, but it never felt like home. She was introduced to yoga after some emotional life events and fell in love with the practice.
After the passing of her father, she felt like she needed a change in her mental health but wanted to continue to help others. She got her RYT 200 Certification at Zen Yoga Studio. This felt more like her passion and her home. She loved working with new clients and seeing them grow with their practice as well.
She has always loved power yoga and a friend told her about Buti yoga. She instantly fell in love with this practice. Buti is a combo of power yoga, hip hop yoga, tribal movement dance, HIIT , plyometrics, and so much more. Buti is all about women empowerment and lifting each other up, which is a huge thing Angee strives for!
