Jill Pawloski

Jill started practicing yoga in 2007 with of the suggestion of her doctor. After a few months of dedicated practice, the anxiety and depression symptoms she had been dealing with disappeared. Yoga changed her life so much that she wanted to bring that experience into the lives of others as well. In January of 2011 she enrolled in Joy & Service Yoga Teacher Training 200 Hours and became a Certified Yoga Teacher through Prana Yoga and Dance Studio and a Registered Yoga Teacher through The Yoga Alliance in November 2011.

Jill specializes in Yoga for Anxiety & Depression and teaches Vinyasa style Yoga in many forms; Chair Yoga, Restorative, Meditation, Yin, Flow, Power, Hot Yoga, Children's Yoga, Yoga for Athletes, Yoga for Stress Relief, and Prenatal. She works passionately with children, anxiety and depression sufferers, bariatric surgery patients, MS sufferers, amputees, athletes, eating disorder recovery patients, seniors, beginner, intermediate, and advanced Yogis.

She encourages her students to be themselves, to honor their bodies, to be vulnerable, to let go of ego, to let go of fear and to find their inner-child.

Jill loves her practice, how it makes her feel, how it makes others feel, and how it continues to change her life every day.
