Terms, Conditions & Liabilities

The participant agrees that all exercises and use of the yoga studio within Holistic Healing & Crystals, LLC, are undertaken by the participant at the sole risk of the participant, and that neither Holistic Healing & Crystals, LLC, nor the staff/instructor(s) shall be liable for any claims for injuries or damages to person or property of the participant arising out of, or connected with, the use of the yoga studio. Participant agrees to indemnify and to hold Holistic Healing & Crystals, LLC, and it staff/instructor(s) harmless from all claims by, or liability to, participant.

While yoga, pilates, meditation & breathwork is beneficial to your health and well-being, certain bodily changes can occur during any physical activity. You should promptly notify your instructor of any dizziness, shortness of breath, chest discomfort or heart palpitations, or any other unusual physical symptoms during your class or private lesson.

Participant understands that it is the sole responsibility of the participant to inform the staff/instructor(s) of any, and all, pre-existing health conditions prior to beginning each class. Participant understands it is their sole responsibility to notify the staff/instructor(s) of any change in their condition.

If you have concerns about your health or suffer from any of the following disorders, regardless of age, we strongly recommend that you consult a physician prior to beginning any exercise program:

1. Chest pains

2. A cardiac history, such as but not limited to, angina, heart attack or stroke

3. Severe respiratory problems

4. Insulin-dependent diabetes

5. High blood pressure

Photo Release: I authorize Holistic Healing & Crystals, LLC to use, reproduce and/or publish photo and/or video that may pertain to me without compensation. I understand this material may also appear on Holistic Healing & Crystal's web page and/or social media pages, and may be used in various publications, releases, advertising, and promotional materials. This authorization is continuous and can only be withdrawn by specific authorization.

At Holistic Healing & Crystals, LLC., we have adopted policies, procedures, rules and regulations ("policies") designed to provide for the safe, enjoyable and healthy use of our premises and attendance of workshops & events by you, your children, and guests.

These policies apply to your conduct at Holistic Healing & Crystals, which include its yoga room, massage rooms, crystal shop, outdoor areas, parking lots, and sidewalks. These policies also apply to your conduct during our programs, services, products, training, events, or other Holistic Healing & Crystals-sponsored activities off the premises ("events").

The health and safety of our clients and guests is our highest priority. While our policies are designed to help protect you, Holistic Healing & Crystals cannot remove all risk or otherwise guarantee or promise that you will not sustain any injuries or damages from viruses, communicable diseases, or other health hazards associated with your use of Holistic Healing & Crystal's premise, facility, equipment, services, activities, events or products, including exposure, transmission, infection, illness, sickness, disease or death with respect COVID-19 and the virus that causes it, SARS-CoV-2. Because some of our classes provide opportunities for vigorous higher-intensity exercise, you may experience or encounter more significant respiration than in other locations. To help protect our community, we encourage you to refrain from the Use of Holistic Healing & Crystal's facility and services if you have symptoms of COVID-19, maintain social/physical distance at all times from others with whom you do not share regular contact, and subject to individual health conditions use a barrier mask within our premises.

These policies supplement those posted or otherwise provided in our centers, on our web or mobile sites or at our events. We may adopt policies applicable to a single center or event. In some instances, the state law, order or guideline may establish different requirements applicable to certain centers or events that may otherwise not be described herein. To the extent of a conflict with other policies, the more restrictive policy applies.

If you violate any of these policies, your access, or event participation, may be suspended or terminated. Our decision on all questions regarding construction or interpretation of these policies is final.

We may change these policies at any time without notice, in our sole discretion. You may find the most recent version of these policies at www.holistichealingstrongsville.com. When attending Holistic Healing & Crystals classes, workshops, events, or service appointments, you are responsible and expected to review and comply with these policies at all times.

General Policies

At Holistic Healing & Crystals we strive to uphold a family-oriented environment. As such, we expect proper and respectful conduct on our premises at all times. We do not permit disrespectful conduct toward our students, guests, employees, vendors, or property, including but not limited to: vulgar, profane, indecent, offensive, violent, hostile, aggressive, threatening, harassing, stalking, fraudulent, or other inappropriate conduct or communications.

We strongly encourage you to consult your doctor and have a complete physical examination prior to beginning any new exercise or nutrition program. By using Holistic Healing & Crystals premises, equipment, services, activities, events or products, you represent that you are healthy enough to engage safely in the Use of our Premises and Services. You acknowledge that Holistic Healing & Crystals and it's employees do not provide medical advice.

Illness, Sickness, Disease, or Infection

If you have any symptoms associated with, or you may have been exposed to a person with, a communicable, contagious or otherwise transferrable or transmissible illness, sickness, disease, or infection, including, but not limited to, COVID-19 or the virus that causes it, SARS-CoV-2, or you otherwise pose a health risk to members, guests, team members or the public at large on account of such status, you may not engage in and will immediately remove yourself from the Use of our Premises and Services. You must cover exposed lesions or rashes and follow all posted signs and applicable rules or laws.

Weapons

You may not possess, display, use or distribute weapons of any kind nor use any object designed for other purposes as a weapon to threaten, harass or harm a person on or off Holistic Healing & Crystals premises for any company sponsored, endorsed or operated programs, activities, classes, sessions, seminars, workshops, assessments, events, services, amenities, or benefits, for any reason except as otherwise expressly allowed by law.

Proper Attire

You must wear proper attire at all times, including shirts and shoes, unless noted in a specific area or as appropriate for a specific activity or class.

Injuries

If you are injured while on the premises, please seek immediate assistance from a Holistic Healing & Crystals Employee to provide or arrange for appropriate medical assistance and complete an incident report. We are not responsible for, nor will we consider reimbursement of member medical costs, including, but not limited to charges a member may incur for emergency response services, ambulance, etc., in the case of a member medical event or emergency that occurs in the center or at our events.

Solicitation

Unless expressly authorized by Holistic Healing & Crystals Owner, Tiffany Haney, you may not solicit-whether in person or in writing-any members, guests, or employees on the premises or during off-premises events, including but not limited to solicitations for political or religious purposes, media interviews, business opportunities, or competitive products or services.

Photography

Personal photography and videography is limited to pictures of yourself and may not include other clients, guests, employees, or third-party workers under any circumstances, except as otherwise allowed below with the prior express consent of the other person.

Class Cancellation:

Class credits, memberships and absence from classes are non-refundable.

We have a 3-hour class cancellation policy. You must cancel at least 3-hours prior to your class.

Late cancellation penalty:

Late cancellation will result in the loss of the class credit.

We are not responsible for no-shows due to late arrival, and the penalty will still apply. Please arrive for class early or on time.

Workshop, series, or event cancellation:

Workshop and series cancellations require a 48 hour email notice before the workshop or series takes place. Cancellation requests with less than 48 hours notice will not be honored unless we can fill your space.

Absence to a workshop or series is non-refundable.

Private Appointments:

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for private classes.

Full payment will be charged if you cancel a private session with less than 24-hour notice.

Cancellation or rescheduling of a private class prior to 24-hours before the appointment will be refunded or kept on your account per your wishes.

If you are late for a private class, the class will end at the original time.

Private Parties & Events:

Full payment will be charged if you cancel a private party or event with less than 72 hour notice.

If a class has only one student registered 30-minutes prior to the start time, we reserve the right to cancel the class. No late-cancellation fee will be charged.

Classes, workshops and events could occasionally be canceled by the studio. If your event is canceled you will be notified by email, and you will receive a full refund or full credit toward your Holistic Healing & Crystals, LLC account if you choose.
