My yoga Journey began in 2013. The first class I took was magical. I was instantly hooked and felt it’s immediate healing abilities. As the years progressed, I grew to love yoga more and more. One summer I had taken a trip to the Dominican Republic. I lived in a treehouse, in the tropical rainforest, for one month. The experience was ethereal. The jungle possessed healing abilities. I felt the power within the rain, sun, sand, people, and lush forest. I wanted to somehow bring these amazing feelings home with me and share them with others. I thought to myself, what better way to bring physical, emotional, and spiritual healing to the world than by teaching yoga? Yoga brings me to a state of the most serene peace and I am here and ready to share it with my beautiful students.
